Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Optional: 1-2 teaspoons raw honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: A few mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Pineapple: Peel, core, and chop the pineapple into chunks.
  2. Combine Ingredients in Blender: Add pineapple, coconut water, filtered water, salt, lime juice, and optional sweetener to the blender.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  4. Taste and Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Strain (Optional): Strain the mixture for a smoother drink if you prefer.
  6. Chill for Best Results: Refrigerate the drink for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Pour over ice, garnish with mint leaves or lime slices, and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure to choose ripe pineapple for the best flavor. Use unsweetened coconut water for a healthier option.
