Ingredients
Method
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and toss with cornstarch.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
- Push chicken to one side and add mixed vegetables, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over chicken and vegetables, toss to combine, and cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and red pepper flakes, and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure chicken is dry for proper browning. Avoid overcrowding the pan to achieve caramelization. Use high heat for stir-frying.
