Ingredients
Method
- Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage head and rinse thoroughly under cold water. Pat completely dry with paper towels.
- Slice the cabbage in half through the core, then cut each half into 3-4 wedges, ensuring the core remains intact.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add the cabbage wedges and gently toss.
- Allow the wedges to rest for 5 minutes.
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, then flip each wedge and continue cooking for an additional 6-7 minutes.
- Remove the wedges from the air fryer and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Always pat wedges completely dry before seasoning. Store cooked wedges in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
