- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Wash and thoroughly dry your salad greens.
- Place your greens in a large serving bowl.
- Scatter the dried cranberries evenly over the greens, followed by the crumbled goat cheese.
- Add the thinly sliced red onion.
- Sprinkle the candied pecans over the top.
- Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
