Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Add cotton candy flavoring and pink gel food coloring to the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Fold in mini marshmallows until well coated.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Press a small tuft of cotton candy onto each bite and add sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. For best presentation, add cotton candy topping just before serving.
